1. ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order before it ships. Contact support@donnavanni.com immediately with your
order number. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; it
must follow the Returns & Exchanges process.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds apply to items returned in perfect, unused condition within the 30nday return window. Items
must include dust bag, tags, packaging, accessories, and show no signs of wear, scratches, odor, or
damage. Final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

3. REFUND PROCESSING
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued within 7 business days to the
original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once processed. Refund timelines
depend on your bank or card issuer after we release the funds.

4. SHIPPING FEES & DEDUCTIONS
Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund unless the product was defective or misnshipped.
Original shipping charges are nonnrefundable. International duties/taxes are nonnrefundable. We
reserve the right to apply a restocking fee (10–15%) for returns missing packaging or showing minor
handling.

5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
• Email support within 5 days of delivery.
• Provide photos of the item, packaging, and label.
We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.

6. PRE-ORDER & LIMITED-EDITION ITEMS
Pre-order items may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Some limited-edition items may be
final sale when clearly indicated on the product page.

7. PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be offered when:
• Returned items show minor wear.
• Packaging/tags are missing.
• Customer requests store credit instead of full refund.

8. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipment fees may
apply. Refunds are issued minus shipping costs.

9. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If a refund seems delayed:
• Check with your bank or card issuer.
• Contact your payment provider.
