This page provides consumers—especially California residents under the CCPA/CPRA—with the right
to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Donna Vanni respects privacy rights and
provides transparency and control.

2. WHAT “SELL” OR “SHARE” MEANS
Under U.S. state privacy laws:
• “Sell” includes transferring personal data in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration.
• “Share” includes disclosing personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising, even without
money involved.
We do not sell personal information and do not share data for cross-site targeted advertising.

Donna Vanni does not sell personal data. We share data only with essential service providers:
• Stripe for payments
• Shipping carriers
• Email/SMS providers
• Analytics partners (with consent)
These vendors may not use your data beyond contracted purposes.

4. YOUR RIGHT TO OPT OUT
You may request that we do not sell or share your personal information. We honor all opt-out requests,
regardless of residency. Opt-out applies for at least 12 months unless you choose to opt back in.

• Submit a request via our online form (if available)
You do not need an account to submit a request.

6. VERIFICATION PROCESS
To protect your data, we may request:
• Name
• Email address
• Order number (if applicable)
We verify identity solely to authenticate the request.

7. EFFECT OF OPT-OUT
After opting out:
• We will not disclose your information to any third party for advertising, marketing resale, or tracking.
• Essential service providers may still receive data to fulfill orders.
• Marketing emails continue only if you previously opted in; you may unsubscribe anytime.

8. COOKIE-BASED SHARING
Some sharing occurs through cookies. To fully disable marketing tracking:

• Clear browser cookies

9. CHILDREN’S DATA
