ORDERS
Select your handbag, add it to cart, and complete checkout using our secure payment system
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before they are processed for shipping. Please contact Support immediately with your order number
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition, unless otherwise stated.
Contact our Concierge Team at returns@donnavanni.com to receive a return authorization and further instructions.
Return shipping is complimentary only if the item is defective or incorrect. For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
