ACCOUNT
While you can check out as a guest, we highly recommend creating an account. It offers exclusive benefits like order tracking, priority access to new collections, and curated style recommendations.
Simply click on the “Account” icon at the top-right corner of our website, select “Sign Up,” and fill in your details.
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email.
Yes, log in to your account and navigate to “Profile” to update your personal information, email, or password.
ORDERS
To pre-order, select your desired handbag, add it to your shopping bag, and proceed to checkout. Pre-orders are open from January 25, 2025.
Modifications are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact our Concierge Team for assistance.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order through your account.
Pre-orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations will not be accepted due to our bespoke production process.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns on all unused, unworn items with original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note, pre-order items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Exchanges are available for a different color or style, subject to stock availability. Please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
We offer complimentary returns for all orders within India. For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Pre-orders will begin shipping from February 12, 2025. Delivery timelines vary by region:
- India: 3–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
DELIVERY
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Our delivery partners will attempt redelivery. If delivery fails, the package will be returned to us, and our Concierge Team will contact you to reschedule.
You may update your address before your order is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to make the change.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets. For orders within India, UPI and Net Banking are also available.
Yes, all transactions on our website are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure the highest level of protection.
For select markets, we offer interest-free installment options via Klarna and Afterpay.
