1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original
condition, with all tags, dust bag, accessories, and packaging intact. Items showing wear, odor,
scratches, or damage are not eligible. Final sale items are not returnable.
2. RETURN WINDOW
Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. After this period, items become
non-returnable. Exchanges ship once the returned product is received and inspected.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Visit the Returns & Exchanges page or contact support.
2. Submit your order number and reason for return/exchange.
3. Receive approval and a return label (if applicable).
4. Pack items securely with original materials.
5. Ship via the approved carrier.
6. Refunds or exchanges process after inspection.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges
inside the U.S., Donna Vanni covers outbound shipping for the replacement item. International
customers cover all return shipping, duties, and import fees.
5. PROCESSING TIME
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection. Exchanges ship within 3–5 business
days, subject to stock availability. Customers receive email notifications.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items marked “Final Sale,” discounted clearance items, pre-orders (when noted), customized products,
and limited-edition pieces marked non-returnable are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If items arrive damaged or incorrect:
• Contact support within 5 days.
• Include photos of packaging, product, and shipping label.
• Donna Vanni provides a prepaid return label and replacement or refund.
8. RETURN ABUSE & QUALITY CHECKS
We reserve the right to refuse returns for:
• Items worn or damaged by the customer.
• Missing packaging, tags, or accessories.
• Excessive return frequency.
• Evidence of misuse or fraudulent claims.
9. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers must contact support before returning items. Duties, taxes, and shipping costs
are non-refundable. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
