1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 3 PM ET begin
processing the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may extend to 3–4 days.

2. SHIPPING METHODS
We ship using major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL). Options shown at checkout:
• Standard (3–7 business days)
• Expedited (2–4 business days)
• Express (1–2 business days)
Timelines begin after processing.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to select international destinations. Delivery windows typically range from 7–21 business days
depending on customs, carrier, and location. Duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method selected. Free
shipping promotions apply only when explicitly offered.

5. ORDER TRACKING
A tracking email is sent once the order ships. Customers may track packages via carrier website. For
missing tracking emails, contact support.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is marked delivered but not received, customers should check with neighbors and contact
the carrier. Donna Vanni is not responsible for packages after carrier delivery. If misdelivery is
confirmed, we assist with a claim.

7. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, retain all packaging and email photos within 5 days. We assess damage
case-by-case.

8. PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Estimated shipping windows are listed on product pages. Orders containing pre-order items ship when
all items are available unless split shipping is requested.

9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International customers are responsible for all duties and import fees. Refusal of delivery due to
customs fees will not result in a refund of shipping costs.

10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for expedited/express methods. Restrictions may apply for remote
locations.

11. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURN-TO-SENDER
Packages returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may incur reshipment fees.
